We realized "Bella Omegna Apartments" in August 2016, renovating and furnishing with care and passion one flat 50 meters from Lake Orta, in a 17th century building in the historic centre of Omegna. The property is an hour's drive from Milan, Turin, the Simplon Pass and Locarno. Milan-Malpensa International Airport is less than 60 kilometres away. The Novara-Domodossola railway station and the terminus of the local bus service are about 400 metres away. Nearby there are public car parks (free on the lakefront and at the railway station).
In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the landing stage of the Lake Orta Navigation Service, one of the town's beaches, the public gardens and the hospital.
We personally manage the structure, which is open all year round and is located in a very strategic position to be able to comfortably visit all the natural beauties of the area and places and sites of historical, artistic and cultural interest.
The entrance is located in a very characteristic pedestrian alley, and the central position allows easy access to all the activities of the ancient local tradition to better appreciate the Italian lifestyle. Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, and all the shops and shops including a bakery, greengrocer, delicatessen, ice cream parlour, stationery shop, pastry shop, pharmacy, grocery shops and more. The nearest supermarket is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

The minimum stay is three nights. Check-in is usually from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day, and a telephone notice of at least 30 minutes before arrival is appreciated. The prior sending of the identity documents of all guests facilitates the process. Check-out is welcome by 11.00 am. Different times can be agreed from time to time depending on the needs of the guests and the availability of the flat. Guests are received personally by the owners. Household waste, also with separate collection, is removed every 3-4 days by the owners. Payment by bank transfer or to be agreed from time to time.
The flat
Is a two-roomed apartment of 75 sqm that can accommodate up to 4 people, consisting of a bedroom with double bed and relax area, a very large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, an open kitchen with dining table and console, as well as a bathroom with shower and a private balcony.
The flat, on the second and top floor, is furnished with great care and are equipped with all accessories:

- air conditioning and independent heating in all rooms
- HD flat screen TV with satellite and digital channel
- dishwasher, washing machine, hoover
- refrigerator with freezer
- microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen scales, tablecloths, complete set of crockery with all cooking accessories
- bed linen and a bathroom set for each guest, with soap, shampoo/shower, hairdryer, and an outdoor clothesline
- books, magazines, board games also for children
- a cot and high chair are available on request.
Guests have at their disposal essential products such as: extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar strictly of Italian origin, Lavazza coffee "Oro" quality, sugar, salt, peppercorns, tea bags. All personally selected by the owners.
